Cancellation Policy
In relation to re-scheduling a booked provision, please contact us at office@tcwsports.co.uk. If you are looking to cancel a session and require a refund, please contact us at office@tcwsports.co.uk and we can facilitate this through a BACS payment. However, if you are looking to cancel too late (24 hours for 1-2-1 sessions) then you won't be entitled to a refund. You'll still be welcome to reschedule for a new date.
