Join the Motcombe Primary School Breakfast Club led by Coach Tom and Coach Tommy, where we kickstart the day with fun activities and healthy meals! At TCW Sports, we empower children to develop their skills in a supportive environment, ensuring a positive start to their day.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth running of our Breakfast Club and provide the highest quality care for all children, please read and adhere to the following booking policy. Bookings All Breakfast Club sessions must be booked in advance through our designated booking system. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Booking Deadline Bookings must be made no later than 5:00 pm on the day before the session you wish your child to attend. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability for bookings made after this deadline. Cancellations Cancellations must be made before 5:00 pm on the day before the booked session. Cancellations received before this time will not incur a charge (or will be credited where applicable). Cancellations made after the deadline, or non-attendance without notice, will be charged in full. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed. Outstanding balances may result in future bookings being declined until the account is brought up to date. Emergency Bookings We understand that emergencies can arise. While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, spaces cannot be guaranteed and will depend on staffing ratios and available places. Medical and Dietary Requirements Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring that all medical information, allergies, dietary requirements, and emergency contact details are accurate and kept up to date. Any changes should be communicated before your child's next booked session. Behaviour We expect all children to behave respectfully towards staff, other children, and club property. Persistent inappropriate behaviour may result in a review of a child's place at the Breakfast Club.
