Cancellation Policy
If you are looking to cancel your booking and require a refund for remaining sessions, please contact us at office@tcwsports.co.uk and we can facilitate this through a BACS payment. If you weren't able to come to a session, you can request a refund just for that one session (£5), please contact us at office@tcwsports.co.uk if that is the case. A refund cannot be issued if you contact us too late that you won't be attending the session (2 hours before the start) so it gives our coaches the best chance to plan the best session possible.
